●Key Elements and Terms in Strategic Management and the examples of successes and failures
●Basic Components of Vision and Mission Statements and why it is so challenging to provide them to an organization
●Complete Basic Internal and External Assessment and use the BCG analysis for real life problems, especially your own life stories
●Develop and Assess their own Strategy Management Style and Method in students’ own companies or own lives, especially the vision and mission as foundations.
